ASTRONOMIC OBSERVATION
The activity will begin with a brief talk about shooting stars: what the Perseids are, where they come from, how to observe them, why they are always at the same time...
You will observe the most outstanding objects through the telescope of the summer sky. We will see Jupiter and its moons, Saturn and its rings and the Super Sturgeon Moon; the largest in the last 4 years.
We will spend the night observing with the telescope but without taking our eyes off the sky so as not to miss the shooting stars.
HOW TO GET
The activity will take place in Porta Coeli, Serra, Valencia. In Plena Sierra de la Calderona.
AstroTour Valencia does not provide transportation for this activity. Please note that the Star Tour takes place in the countryside, so it is advisable to go by car.
At the location of the activity there is public parking to park your car.

What clothes should I wear?
The activity takes place at night outdoors, it is advisable to bring some warm clothing in case it is necessary. Long pants and a sweatshirt are essential.

In our Tour you will learn to guide yourself in the sky and know how to identify the constellations. By knowing the sky you will know how to orient yourself and locate yourself anywhere on the planet.
